1 Year Warranty

Every Lumora device is built to last 50,000 hours or more. The warranty is here for the rare moment when something does not go to plan.

What it covers

Manufacturing defects of any kind, for one year from the date of delivery. That includes:

  • LEDs that fail or dim more than 20% in the first year.
  • Power supplies, drivers and built-in timers that stop working.
  • Stands, brackets and cables that arrive faulty or fail in normal use.
  • Controllers and eye masks that fail in normal use.

What it does not cover

  • Accidental damage, drops or impact.
  • Water damage. None of our devices are waterproof.
  • Damage from modifying the device or opening the housing.
  • Wear on velcro straps or removable covers after 12 months of daily use.
  • Cosmetic wear that does not affect performance.

How to claim

  1. Email hello@lumora.com with your order number and a short description of what is wrong.
  2. Include photographs or a short video if the issue is visible.
  3. We reply within one business day. Most cases we can diagnose without you returning the device.
  4. If a replacement is needed, we ship the new unit and arrange free collection of the original.

What replacement looks like

We always try to send a new equivalent unit. If a like-for-like replacement is not possible (an out of stock variant, a discontinued product) we offer the closest current device with any price difference refunded.

Out of warranty

After 12 months we still help. Reach out at hello@lumora.com and we will quote for repair or offer a returning-customer discount on a new device. Most Lumora hardware runs comfortably for a decade or more on its original LEDs.
