Use of the site
You may browse, place orders and contact us through this site. You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, or use the site for any unlawful purpose. You agree not to misrepresent your identity when placing an order.
Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your offer when we send a dispatch confirmation. Until then we may decline an order for any reason, including stock issues or suspected fraud, and will refund any payment in full.
Pricing and payment
Prices on the site include VAT for UK orders and exclude VAT for orders outside the UK where VAT is not chargeable. Duties and import fees on international orders are pre-paid by us. If a pricing error is obvious, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund in full.
Delivery
Delivery times and shipping terms are set out on the Shipping page. Risk passes to you on delivery. Title passes when payment is received in full.
Returns, guarantee and warranty
Every device is covered by the 30 day guarantee and the 1 year hardware warranty. These rights sit alongside, and do not replace, your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

Lumora devices are intended for at-home wellness use. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new recovery routine, particularly during pregnancy or while taking photosensitising medication.

All content on this site (product imagery, copy, design elements, trademarks) is owned by or licensed to Lumora Recovery Ltd. You may not copy, redistribute or use it commercially without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any product sold via this site is limited to the price paid for that product, except where liability cannot be limited by law (such as death or personal injury caused by negligence). Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
